February 07, 2022, Rwanda Editing and Literature Organization (RELO), gave the Rwandan Federation of Writers 200 books, with a value of 2,000,000frw. This book delivery ceremony was formalized by Rev. Prof. NDIKUMANA Viateur, President and Legal Representative of RELO and Mr HATEGEKIMANA Richard, President and Legal Representative of the Rwandan Writers Federation (RWF).
