Ces concours ont\ncommenc\u00e9 par des villages, des Districts et au niveau National (\u0227 Kigali). Les participants \u00e9taient\nau nombre de 50 enfants, s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u0227 partir des familles. RELO a donn\u00e9 des prix aux laur\u00e9ats\ndes concours dans le cadre de la promotion de la culture de lecture et d\u2019\u00e9criture. Lors de la\ncl\u020fture du concours les enfants ont exprim\u00e9 un souhait aux parents et aux amis de r\u00e9server un\ncadeau des livres lors de leurs anniversaires.
